Hero's Landing Property

Our cottage is located directly on US Route 2 with a view east across Lake Champlain, making for both spectacular sunrises and sunsets.  We own 100' of waterfront access across the street with a brand new dock in the water from mid-May through mid-October. The lake is perfect for swimming and all sorts of water sports in warm weather, and if the weather cooperates, ice fishing in winter. We offer a kayak, canoe and four life vests for guest use during the summer. The rear of the house features a wooden deck and an enclosed, shaded backyard with a firepit. There is open farmland behind the property, providing for maximum privacy and quiet evenings.
